Ppooing is built around not collecting data that identifies you. We do collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the service. This document explains what information is involved when you use it.
What we do not collect
Ppooing has no sign-up. We never ask for or collect information that identifies you — no name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
Because there are no accounts, no play history is kept against you personally or linked across your devices. The usage statistics described below are only ever aggregated in a form that does not identify you.
What is stored on your device
Your recently played games, your chosen language, and per-game high scores are kept only in your browser (localStorage). This information is never sent to a server, and it disappears when you clear your browser data.
If you use "Save for offline", that game's files are kept in your browser cache. That copy also stays entirely on your device.
Usage statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics so we can improve the service: which pages you visit, your language, your device type, which games you start, and how long you play them.
We do not collect information that identifies you personally — no name or email address — and IP addresses are anonymised (anonymize_ip) before storage. Google may set cookies as part of this.
You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Advertising
Google AdSense ads may appear inside the game screen. No ads are shown on the portal pages — the game list, game descriptions, and so on.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ads settings.
External links
Some game pages link to gameplay videos on YouTube. Anything you do on those services is governed by their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
Ppooing does not knowingly collect personal information from children — and in fact collects no personal information from any user.
